Elliot Heller was born to a Modern Orthodox family in Baltimore, MD, where he attended Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community Day School. An alumnus of YU, Kerem B'Yavneh, and Yeshivat HaKotel, Elliot made aliyah in 2022 to Jerusalem, where he works as a grant writer for Darca Schools, which transforms Israeli high schools in the periphery. In his spare team, he enjoys watching Baltimore sports, playing frisbee, biking the hills of Jerusalem, learning Torah, and playing Chess and Scrabble.
