It was truly a delight for me to read of this assignment in the news media and to have it confirmed in a letter by Mr. Max Etra, the chairman of the board of Yeshiva University. As close as I have been with Yeshiva these past years, your appointment as its president brings the aspiration of Yeshiva University that much closer to me.
