My dear Dr. Lamm, It is with great pleasure that we share with you the news that our Congregation will be marking a milestone in our Rabbi’s career at a special celebration honoring him on his 18th Anniversary as the spiritual leader of our Synagogue. This event will be observed at a Testimonial on Sunday afternoon, December 12, 1971, at 3:30 P.M. at our Synagogue. As one of the Rabbi’s dear friends, it would be a great honor for the Congregation, and I am sure, equally for the Rabbi, if you could be present on the afternoon of the celebration to bring a message of greeting and tribute. In connection with this event, we are also publishing a Testimonial Journal which will include messages of tribute by dignitaries and many of the Rabbis and lay friends of our beloved Rabbi.
