Dear Rabbi Lamm: Pursuant to our yesterday’s conversation regarding our taking over the distribution and promotion for the “Leo Jung Jubilee Volume”, we are enclosing herewith a draft copy of agreement which basically outlines our terms. In fact, these terms are the same ones we had with all of Rabbi Jung’s volumes, whom we had the privilege of representing for many years. You will note that the only exception we make in this case is that instead of 60%, we are leaving our discount at the old 50% arrangement.
