Letter of Gratitude to Rev. and Mrs. Gluck for Hospitality in Australia (1973)
Dear Friends: Mrs. Lamm and I have just recently returned home, and one of the first things we want to do is to express to the two of you our warmest and most heartfelt thanks for the generous hospitality and friendship you extended to us during our all too brief stay in Sydney. Without exaggeration, we considered that getting to know you was one of the high points of our trip. In following up the request you made of me, I have today written to Mr. Glat of Yeshivath Hakotel. I enclose a copy of my letter to him. You also asked that I send you a photo. I am therefore enclosing one that was taken at Whale Beach. Naturally, I have made a copy for our own album as a precious memento of our visit. Our warmest regards to all your family, and may you all be blessed with a happy and healthful New Year. Cordially, Rabbi Norman Lamm
