Letter from Yossi Glatt about Australian Student at Yeshivat Hakotel (1973)
My dear Rabbi Lamm, I acknowledge receipt of your airletter dated 31 August concerning our student Joseph Gluck. The interest of a busy communal leader in the welfare of a particular student is genuinely appreciated. It is good to know that, despite your preoccupation, there is the time, the interest and the heart to be concerned with a student's welfare. I assure you that at Yeshivat Hakotel there is a concurrence of feelings, and despite the fact that we are dealing with a student body of 163, we endeavour to give thought and care to the individual student's needs. Similarly do I assure you that Joseph Gluck is receiving that attention, and I hope that in time our mutual efforts on his behalf will be a source of nachas to all those who have shown interest in him. I do hope that our efforts will warrant the attention and the assistance of important community leaders. Best wishes for a good year, and for fulfilment in all your important endeavors. Very cordially yours, Yossi Glatt Executive Director
