According to the information I have available, you agreed to act as Director of the El-Am Foundation for Talmudic Studies, Inc. In spite of the fact that for more than two years now I have been expecting a call from this foundation in order to coordinate our activities – since the only aim of the American Committee is to facilitate the distribution of the El-Am Talmud – I have received no communication from your foundation. I seem to have awaited this contact in vain, and would like to ask you why your foundation has not gotten off the ground and why one does not hear anything about your activities.I will be thankful to you if you will be kind enough to take the time to respond to this inquiry.I await your reply.
