My dear Rabbi Waltner: May I thank you once again for your interest in assisting the Jewish community in India with regard to the training and education of rabbis. Now that I have returned from India only this past week, I find that it would be most impractical to send Indian students to Morocco. First, they are not sufficiently prepared in their Jewish studies.
