Dear Dr. Lamm: I am pleased to inform you that three distinguished leaders of the Jewish community – Leon Moed, Rabbi Israel L. Silverstein, and Samuel Singer – will receive the Distinguished Service Citation of Yeshiva University at the annual Hanukkah Dinner on Sunday, December 10th, at the Americana. As Chairman of the dinner, I am privileged to have Major Max L. Shulman serve as Co-Chairman, and we invite you wholeheartedly to join us on the Dinner Committee.
