Exchange with Minister Raphael about Microfilming R. Kook's Writings (1966)

Dear Mr. Raphael: Please forgive my writing in English but I have no Hebrew secretary and the pressure of business is such that it is easier for me to dictate than to write. I have not yet received the [redacted] from you. If it has not been sent yet, may I request that it be dispatched by air mail as soon as possible, I will be deeply grateful to you for this. Several years ago a friend of mine from Israel told me that R. Zve Yehudah Kook possesses many, many manuscripts from his late father, of Blessed memory. I understand that they are simply getting dusty and that these precious papers are in danger of being lost. I do not know how much truth there is to this report. However, if it is so, perhaps you can arrange for the manuscripts to at least be micro-filmed. I am sure that Mr. Michael will be willing to cover whatever expenses are involved in such activity.One final item: I appreciated very much your invitation some months ago to participate in the "Klmus" this coming summer, please God, to make up for my absence last summer.
