I have found myself in agreement with many of your stands, as you spoke convincingly and with dignity for the Orthodox position. לכבוד איש האשכולות, הרב החכם הסופר והמנהיג הרה"ג ר"נ לאם שליט"א! זה לא מכבר התבשרתי על התמנותו למשרה הרמה של נשיא ישיבה אוניברסיטה. כיון שעדיין עז רישומו של היכרותי הקצרה עם ומשפחתו, מעת שהותו בירושלים לתקופת שבתון לפני כשש שנים, התפעמתי מבשורה משמחת זו והשתוקקתי להביא את איחולי לכבודו. זה איזה זמן אולם רק עתה אינה המקום לידי את כתובתי מידי אחת ממעריצותיו בת קהילתו – נאוה ריפהן שמה, שהיא ידידה טובה שלנו המבקרת עתה אצלנו. אני רוצה, אפוא, לכרוך ברכת מזל טוב על כי נשאו ה' לעמוד בראש מוסד התורה עם צוהר לחכמה החשוב בעולם – עם ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה הבעל"ט.
