Dear Reb Norman: Along with so many others who form your company of admirers, I am delighted over the exciting news of Yeshiva University's decision. It's a courageous and wise action – courageous because there no doubt was an easier (though less wise) course to take and it is wise, well, because it is right. As for you, your challenge just begins. I won't burden you with gratuitous advice which cannot affect either your thinking or Y.U.'s direction. Maybe I'll write a column after the summer.In any event, along with my best wishes, elation, etc., you have my sincere willingness to be of help to you as you take the leadership of a great and vital institution of American Jewish life.Sincerely,Marvin Schick
